Dr Pepper Snapple Group needs a human resources business partner in Northlake, Illinois.

Duties of the full-time position include assisting with talent management strategies, implementing and enhancing business policies and procedures, enforcing collective bargaining agreements, advising on performance and development issues, ensuring open and collaborative relationships, dealing with labor and employee relations issues, and helping HR administrative staff grow their professional skills.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, five years of HR generalist experience, two years experience with labor relations, and five years experience using Microsoft Office.
