Dollar Tree is looking for a human resources administrative assistant in South Carolina.

The assistant will be responsible for posting job openings, conducting background and reference checks, creating new hire packages, conducting orientation for new employees, distributing employee evaluations to managers, calculating monthly incentive bonuses, tracking attendance and personal time for hourly associates, maintaining forms and logs, ensuring information on employees is up-to-date, auditing and resolving badge and payroll problems, setting up monthly birthday meetings, posting daily stock quote, greeting guests, sorting and distributing mail, and answering phone calls.

Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of administrative office experience, experience with Microsoft Office, the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred qualifications include previous HR experience.
