The specialist administers a variety of insurance programs, including health and retirement plans, plus leaves of absence and disability.
To be successful in this role, candidates excel at working with spreadsheets, and enjoy working with people and insurance companies. The person in this position will be a representative of the company and advocate for employees.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s
degree in HR or business, as well as two years of experience. Strong
Excel spreadsheet skills are required, and candidates must be proficient in Ultipro and
aware of state and federal benefits regulations.
