Debt recovery agency Viking Client Services hiring a full-time benefits/human resources administrator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
This person will be responsible for administering benefit programs, coordinating open enrollment, processing criminal background searches and drug testing, assisting in new employee orientation and training, monitoring talent sourcing movements, maintaining HR statistical data, completing and submitting governmental mandated reports, maintaining required state licensing and bonds, supporting the accounting department and administering general HR tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years of experience in benefits and HR administration field, advanced experience with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. Applicants should be able to work both independently and objectively, calmly manage multiple tasks and deadlines and handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include education course work related to HR and payroll, collection industry experience and knowledge on ADP and creative recruitment.
