DCI hires Simpson, Harpe as principal consultants

DCI Consulting Group has hired Murray Simpson and Lisa Harpe as principal consultants.

“Dr. Simpson and Dr. Harpe bring a new perspective to the DCI team,” President David Cohen said in a statement. “We are looking forward to leveraging their unique experience to increase our expertise, our impact in the industry, and our ability to provide high quality services for our clients.”

Simpson will work with DCI clients on litigation issues and pay-equity analyses. She is DCI’s first labor economist and has a Ph.D. in Economics.

Harpe will guide Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program policies and procedures. Her experience lies in development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. She earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

DCI, headquartered in Washington, D.C., consults on human resources risk management. It specifically provides expert solutions on the complex issue of Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance. It also focuses on systemic compensation discrimination analyses, affirmative action plan development and implementation, employee selection and test validation, and OFCCP audit and litigation support.
