Revealing its staff as the family-run company’s true “secret ingredient,” Dawn Food Products CEO Carrie Jones-Barber recently announced the appointment of Stevens Sainte-Rose as the company’s chief HR and transformation officer.

With two decades of expertise, Sainte-Rose joins the international company with roots in Michigan after serving in numerous business transformation roles at Walgreens, Coca-Cola, Aramark, Pier 1 Imports and Burger King, as well as Millennium Hotels & Resorts. He will report to CEOs Carrie Jones-Barber and Serhat Unsal.

“Throughout our nearly 100-year history, our people have been our secret ingredient to success in Dawn becoming a market leader in the bakery industry,” Jones-Barber said. “With more than 20 years of diverse international and business transformation experience, Stevens is an instrumental addition to our global business and executive team.”

Sainte-Rose will be tasked with expediting change to build the business. He expressed eagerness regarding his new role, complimenting Dawn Foods’ reputation and dedication.
