Among the duties of the position are administering orientation for newly hired employees, managing employee benefits, managing performance evaluations, generating ad-hoc reports, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Prospective candidates must possess at least one year HR experience; experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; strong communication, interpersonal, computer, time management and organizational skills; the ability to effectively work in an environment with high pressure situations; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
