Dash Financial Technologies has named Sarah Hall its managing director and head of HR.
Prior to coming to Dash, Hall was the Global Human Resources Director for Aden & Anais, a consumer goods provider. She has worked with Skywalk Group and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as having graduated from Northeastern Illinois University.
In her new position, Hall will be handling all human capital investment for the firm, including employee relations and talent management. Hall’s positioning in the company comes after the onboarding of Ari House and Robert Boylan to senior positions.
“Her experience in fast growing organizations like Dash should be extremely valuable as we continue to work to scale our business,” CEO Peter Maragos said.
Hall, likewise, is excited to join the team.
“Dash brings a stellar reputation, and the team I’ve begun working with has more than lived up to its reputation,” she said.
