Food company DanoneWave needs a full-time human resources manager in Eugene, Oregon.

Duties of the position include analyzing and assessing people needs, assisting with new employee on-boarding, implementing communication programs to increase employee engagement, coaching senior leaders and people managers, managing the coordination of employee organization changes, and partnering with the HR service team on various employment activities.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or management; at least five years of HR experience; strong communication, interpersonal, organization, prioritization, influencing and decision-making skills; and knowledge of HR laws, practices and procedures.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in business, HR or closely related field; experience working in a large CPG or Fortune 500 company; and group facilitation skills.
