Ruth Trezevant Cyrus has accepted a new role as executive vice president of acquisition integration at Oasis Outsourcing in West Palm Beach, Florida.

During her 12-year tenure at Oasis, Cyrus has focused on improvements in marketing and partner programs for the firm, with an eye to identifying key segments for sales driving. As executive vice president, she will handle acquisition, implementation, and profit/loss, including development and planning to ensure best practices during onboarding of new assets.

Previously designated as senior vice president for the firm’s marketing and partner management sector, Cyrus also brought leadership expertise from positions at Office Depot, Rexall Sundown and Tyco/Sensormatic Electronics. Additionally, she has served in a project management capacity for Oasis during prior acquisitions.

“Acquisitions have been and will continue to be a critical component of our growth strategy, and I’m pleased that we are able to capitalize on Ruth’s industry and merger and acquisition knowledge and experience in this capacity,” Chief Operations Officer Kelley Castell said. “Having Ruth lead this team will help ensure best-in-class acquisition integration management, which will support our ongoing focus on delivering high client satisfaction and retention.”

Cyrus earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree from Pace University.
