Pharmacy chain CVS
Health is seeking an employee relations director to handle the
crucial interface between management and labor at its Woonsocket,
Rhode Island, headquarters.

Reporting to the senior director of
employee relations, this position will offer “advice and counsel”
to associates at all levels of the company. Maintaining a positive
employment climate is also essential to the role.

The candidate
selected for this position will manage labor union investigations,
have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and design
collective bargaining agreements. Candidates will also be expected to
handle any HR investigations of policy or legal violations in the
workplace.

Candidates should possess a master’s degree and
PHR/SPHR certification. Five or more years of experience in human
resources and five or more years of experience in team
coaching/training are also desired.
