Biopharmaceutical company CSL Behring seeks a human resources intern in Kankakee, Illinois.
Duties of the full-time, paid internship include posting job positions, assisting with the screening of internship applicant resumes, coordinating new facility orientation and L&D training programs, assisting with the hiring and onboarding campaign for flu season, finding content for CSL recruiting newsletters, assisting with the coordination of employee relations meetings, participating in career fairs, assisting with strategic workforce planning, participating in management development courses, analyzing online exit interview data, and participating in a project to convert hard copy employee files to an electronic format.
Interns must be college students entering their junior or senior year and pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, business administration or related field. They must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; the ability to make decisions independently; and the ability to follow strict confidential guidelines.
