Howie Schwartz, CEO of online tech job resource Crowded, will share his perspective on the recruiting industry at the Jobg8 Job Board Summit, slated for June 21-22 at New Orleans’ Astor Crowne Plaza.

In his presentation, Schwartz will address ways that firms can obtain revenue from venture capital and angel investors based on his own professional experience, having independently established several successful ventures prior to working at Crowded.

In addition, he will sketch the status of the recruiting industry; evaluate popular gadgets such as chatbots, and point out how these features continue to impact the recruiting industry.

Business stakeholders are encouraged to attend Jobg8 for an inside look at the likely future of recruiting in the human resources industry. The Astor Crowne Plaza is at 739 Canal St. in New Orleans’ French Quarter. For event details and registration, visit: https://www.jobg8.com/JobBoardSummitUSA.aspx.

Crowded operates from its hub in New York City with the belief that rather than replacing recruiters, technology should empower them — streamlining their work and enabling professionals to engage prospective hires innovatively and “win the war for talent.”

Under Schwartz’s leadership, the company raised $3.3 million in 2016 from a variety of sources including several angel investors.
