Cracker Barrel is taking applications for a human resources business analyst in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Duties of the position include managing project teams, conducting return on investment analysis and processing simulation to evaluate business impact, analyzing HR data, assisting with the improvement and expansion of the HR data warehouse, making recommendations on business process improvements, configuring and testing system updates, creating reports, and conducting research on industry best practices.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, information management or related field; at least two years of experience in HR business process project management and/or HRIS; experience with an enterprise resource planning system; strong analytical, project management, documentation  and problem-solving skills; and industry knowledge related to human capital management and IT.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in business or IT.
