Cornerstone OnDemand has announced that Commvault is using its performance management and learning software to reach company goals for continual education and development for employees.

Since 2012, Cornerstone has been providing its services to Commvault for unified talent management and the two companies will continue their relationship as Commvault seeks to continue helping employees perform to the best of their abilities.

Several factors that lend themselves to success for employees are employee-manager communications, which allow managers to give feedback and employees to have access to support when needed.

“Being in the technology industry, Cornerstone knows fully well the war for talent and understands the unique HR challenges that technology companies face,” Kirsten Helvey, chief operations officer of Cornerstone OnDemand, said. “Our products are purposefully designed to enable organizations to attract, develop, retain and engage employees in a meaningful way.”
