Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP), a Cleveland-based components manufacturer for the aerospace and related industrial markets, recently appointed Keith Dabbs as chief operations officer (COO) for North America and Roy Showman as chief financial officer (CFO).
“On behalf of the management team, it is my privilege to welcome Keith and Roy to the CPP family,” CEO James Stewart said. “Both are recognized leaders in their areas of expertise. Together they bring the right complement of talent and demonstrated leadership abilities to support CPP in achieving our strategic goals and growth objectives.”
Dabbs previously worked as COO for MB Aerospace, overseeing territories in the U.S., U.K. and Poland. He also spent 12 years as vice president and general manager for Precision Castparts; both positions generated executive, operational and fiscal leadership experience.
Showman served for 14 years at General Electric in various leadership roles including COO and CFO positions. Prior to that, he was CFO at Panther Expedited Services and audit manager for Deloitte &  Touche. His background lent him a focus on operational excellence, leadership and improvement.
With 18 facilities in the U.S., Mexico and Europe, CPP specializes in high precision, complex aerospace apparatus primarily for the commercial aerospace, industrial gas turbine and defense markets.
