Specifically, he/she will post and advertise jobs, manage recruitment events, process job applicants, and handle candidate relations.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of recent experience in HR. The position requires overnight travel up to 15 percent of the time. A favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation, which includes a credit check, or a higher-level security clearance is needed.

Certain veterans and related individuals may be eligible for preference in the hiring process and must select veterans’ preference, if desired, in the Self-Identification for Veterans’ Preference section of the application and submit the CBO’s Veterans’ Preference Eligibility Form and the specified supporting documentation to [email protected] or 202-225-7539 (fax) within two weeks of applying or no later than the deadline.
