Compensation Resources Inc.’s 2017 Survey of Severance & Separation Benefits, which is being conducted in conjunction with Lee Hecht Harrison, is now open for participation.

Compensation Resources  is an HR consulting company for small- to-mid-sized public companies, as well as private and family-owned companies, specializing in compensation, performance management and more.

The survey is designed to take into account severance and separation practices, recording the best approaches to such situations. Additionally eligibility, duration and benefits will be taken into consideration to give employers more insight into competitive business strategies and approaches.

The survey deadline is July 25, and results will be published in October 2017. All responses to the survey will be maintained as anonymous and confidential.
