Natural gas utility company One Gas is looking for a human resources compensation consultant to work at its Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters.
Duties of the position include retaining market data and generating reports, developing and presenting compensation training and communication programs, responding to requests for information relative to compensation policies and procedures, analyzing survey/research statistics, and participating in compensation groups and related activities.
Prospective candidates must possess an associate’s degree in HR, business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience; experience with Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and experience with HR policies and procedures, HR computer applications, and governmental regulations applicable to compensation activities.
