Cleveland Clinic Akron General, a nonprofit health care hub in Ohio, seeks a full-time benefits specialist for Akron General Hospital for customer service, benefits work and administrative support.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field, or equivalent experience and education are required. Candidates should have between two and three years of HR benefits or customer service background along with familiarity with employee benefit standards.

The successful applicant will possess very strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of human resource information systems.
