Chrome River Technologies recently appointed Matt Gahr as the expense and invoice solutions company’s new chief sales officer.

The former vice president of sales for Cornerstone OnDemand, Gahr will head Chrome River’s global sales organization, which is based out of Los Angeles.

“Matt joins us at an exciting point in our evolution,” Chrome River founder and CEO Alan Rich said in a news release. “Our domestic and international growth over the past year has established us within the industry and with the analyst community as a global leader in expense and invoice management solutions.”

While serving at Cornerstone, Gahr led the company’s sales team to above-quota results during his nine-year tenure. Gahr’s experience also includes leading sales at Trinet. He co-founded and headed sales for GetListed, which is an early stage technology company.

“I have watched Chrome River’s growth over the past several years as it has emerged as one of L.A.’s major tech success stories,” Gahr said in a statement. “The company has invested heavily in innovation and has a market-leading product suite with legions of very satisfied customers. I believe that this combination, along with an excellent senior leadership team, lays a great foundation for growth.”
