Chenega Decision Sciences is looking to hire a human resources analyst to work at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C.

Duties of the full-time position include recruiting and selecting employees, administering employee development programs, assisting with the performance management programs, maintaining HR information systems, dealing with labor relations matters, and interpreting and implementing laws, policies and regulations related to compensation administration.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, an active and valid driver’s license, active Secret clearance, two years Air Force personnel shop experience or five years of HR experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to work under aggressive schedules with demanding performance requirements, and the ability to travel.
