Ending speculation about who would replace retiring Chief Human Resources Officer William McCall, GCP Applied Technologies Inc. has named Kevin Holland to assume the role in March.
Holland, a former U.S. Army captain and graduate of the University of Rhode Island, joins GCP from a similar position at tech giant BrightStar Corp.
“Kevin brings extensive experience and a successful track record to lead our human resources team,” President and CEO Gregory Poling said in a news release. “This is a key strategic role, and is responsible for developing our people, hiring new talent, and creating leading-edge management programs to grow the company and further build our high-performance, innovative culture.”
According to the release, GCP’s 3,300 employees worldwide serve clients in the construction and packaging industries.
