Charter Spectrum is looking for a full-time human resources generalist at its customer care center in Maitland, Florida.
Duties of the position include providing HR solutions that encourage effective business decisions, driving employee engagement, establishing partnership relationships with employees, assisting with talent planning and leadership development, attending staff meetings, and ensuring compliance with laws on all levels.
Prospective candidates must possess HR generalist experience; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to multi-task; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration, MBA degree, PHR certification, and experience with PeopleSoft or something similar.
