CF Industries Holdings has hired Susan Menzel as senior vice president of human resources.
Menzel began her role on Oct. 5. As a high-ranking member of the company, she will be a part of the senior leadership team; her specific duties will include overseeing human resources strategy and management.
“Sue’s proven track record of providing strategic business and human capital leadership, along with her experience partnering with senior executives and boards of directors to improve talent management and maximize employee engagement, will serve CF and our employees well,” President and CEO Tony Will said in a statement. “We look forward to having her help us drive continuous improvement both within the HR function and across the whole company.”
Menzel comes to the company from CNO Financial Group, where she oversaw human resources for the entirety of CNS’ businesses as executive vice president. She has 30 years of experience in human resources, including roles at Sears, Roebuck & Co. and Montgomery Ward.
Menzel attended Augustana College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
