Duties of the position include recruiting potential employees, delivering a consistent onboarding experience, assisting with talent assessments, supporting engagement programs, assisting with compensation processes, interpreting HR policies and procedures, dealing with employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; two plus years HR experience; strong analytical, collaboration, decision-making, facilitation, problem-solving, and talent and social branding skills; the ability to work independently; and working knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Preferred qualifications include HR experience within the financial/technology/software industries and in a matrix, global environment.
