Sixt Rent a Car is hiring a benefits coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The coordinator will be tasked with administering employee benefits programs, ensuring programs comply with regulations, maintaining employee benefits filing systems, processing monthly benefit invoices, administering workers’ compensation claims, managing leaves of absences, conducting benefits orientations, ensuring benefits changes are correctly entered into the payroll system, resolving administrative problems with carrier representatives and assisting employees with benefit-related claims.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related filed; have at least two years of experience in employee benefits administration at a mid- to large-size company; be proficient in Microsoft Office; and have strong communication skills.
Applicants should be able to prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines and handle confidential information. They should also have working knowledge about workers’ compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act.
