CalTech seeks a human resources generalist in San Angelo, Texas.

The generalist will be responsible for conducting reference checks, participating in employee onboarding functions, administering benefit programs, informing employees of benefits, assisting with terminations, maintaining records, providing HRIS support, managing equipment stock and tech tools, attending meetings, and providing administrative support for various HR functions.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and knowledge on the changing nature of the computer service industry, as well as knowledge about employee rights, business law, talent identification and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations and public relations.

Applicants should also be able to occasionally travel for meetings and conferences, and work overtime hours.
