Ismael Cala will speaking at the 5th annual HR Americas Conference, Sept. 6 in Miami, featuring the leaders of the HR industry.
“Being a leader in the era of the digital economy requires an exponential mentality that adapts and anticipates in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment,” Cala said.
Cala will speak about how leadership influences areas of growth and corporate happiness. There will be a number of forums held, of which Cala will be a part of “Leaders for the Future.”
HR Americas is the largest HR management function in the Americas and attracts individuals from all over the world.
Cala will also share the stage in an interview with Al Pacino on Sept. 15 at The Jackie Gleason Theater.
