SaaS benefits administration resource company Businessolver has earned Baldrige Bronze Level Recognition from the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence (IRPE).

The citation for the company’s “steadfast commitment to performance improvement and measurable results” was read at the Governor’s Celebration of Performance Excellence hosted at the Meadows Conference Center in Altoona in March.

“This honor truly reflects our companywide determination and drive toward organizational excellence,” Senior Vice President Loren Brockhouse said. “Our quality mantra, ‘We’re in it together,’ illustrates the team-oriented approach to performance that’s a cornerstone of our business.”

By awarding Businessolver the Bronze Level distinction, IRPE specifically acknowledged the firm’s systematic organizational leadership and planning; customer, workforce and operations focus; information analysis and management; and overall results.

‘Our leadership teams and employees worked together to achieve these impressive results and I am proud and honored to be part of a business that strives towards excellence in every task we complete,” Brockhouse said. “We strive every day for empathetic communication throughout our organization.”

Businessolver is the only benefits administration company, and the first technology company in the U.S., participating in the Baldrige program, the company said.
