Businessolver has been chosen by Global Entertainment Co. as its benefits administrator to the company’s nearly 30,000 employees throughout 17 countries.

Businessolver, a software-as-a-service-based benefits administration technology company, recently spotlighted its new partnership with Global Entertainment in a case study.

According to Businessolver, Global Entertainment was having a hard time managing its benefits-delivery structure, so Businessolver stepped in to help the company identify a benefits-administration platform that was clear and concise.

“The disorganization before had left employees confused, so the challenge going forward was, ‘Is this going to be any better, or just different?” Global Entertainment’s benefits director said in the case study.

“After a quick RFP and implementation, Benefitsolver was up and running in time for Annual Enrollment,” according to the case study.

“The team identified clear goals for needing a new benefits-administration technology platform that could integrate with their payroll system, reconcile its benefits billing, and provide employees with one home for all benefits information and data,” Businessolver wrote in the case study.

Part of Businessolver’s work with bringing the new benefits administration technology to Global Entertainment was assembling test groups so that at the time of annual enrollment, employees and HR leaders were completely familiar with the system.

“Businessolver isn’t just a vendor; they’re a partner,” according to the client testimonial in the study.  “I’ve never once felt unsupported.”
