Aureon HR, a business solutions company with headquarters in Iowa, has acquired Peliton, a professional employer organization based in Denver.
“The merging of Aureon and Peliton will create expanded services with broader resources for our clients, along with greater opportunities for our employees,” Pelton CEO Frederick Miale said in a statement.
Capital Alliance Corp. represented Peliton in the sale. With the acquisition, Aureon enters the market in the Rocky Mountain region.
“There was broad-level, complementary synergy between Aureon and Peliton and both parties worked diligently together to create a highly successful transaction,” Neal England, managing director at Capital Alliance, said.
Miale credits England and Capital Alliance Corp. with playing a major role in uniting the two companies.
