Benefit Technology Resources (BTR) has promoted HR payroll and outsourcing professional Kelli LeMieux to the company’s consulting division manager post.

LeMieux, who has worked for BTR for the past two years, will oversee the company’s entire Consulting Division operations and handle all engagements done by the division’s team. During her tenure at BTR, she has worked with the company’s president and CEO to implement Consulting Division structural changes, which have increased the company’s standardization and quality control.

“Kelli’s leadership has been instrumental,” BTR President Jamie Hawkins said in a press release. “These changes have resulted in a more cohesive and unified team, that better supports our clients. As we evolve and grow in this fast-paced HR Tech space, the importance of strategic leadership is key. We owe our success to our forward-thinking innovative leadership team and to our dedicated employees. This will help us grow in 2018 based on the solid foundation we built in 2017.”

BTR is an independent HR technology consulting firm that serves employers with 50 to 10,000 employees by providing RFP procurement support and implementation assistance. The Tampa-based company specializes in helping insurance brokers and their employer/clients to improve their existing technology.
