Robert Travis, managing partner of Boyden United States and Canada, has been named the new global industrial practice leader of the executive search firm.

Boyden’s industrial practice connects clients with leaders and corporate functional experts across a variety of fields including automotive, construction and infrastructure, energy, travel and transportation, logistics/supply chain, and mining.

“In close collaboration with our partners, I look forward to further enhancing Boyden’s global practice, developing our subsectors, and expanding our footprint in key client markets across the Americas, EMEA and Asia/Pacific,” Travis said.

Travis has more than two decades of leadership consulting experience and was on the Boyden global board for three terms.

“In his 10 years with Boyden, Robert has built an impressive practice in the U.S. and Canada, particularly with global-oriented growth companies,” Boyden President and CEO Trina Gordon said. “He brings considerable expertise to further expand our industrial practice with the full confidence of our global partners as a trusted client adviser.”
