Duties of the position include recruiting employees, assisting with the talent management and succession planning process, on-boarding new employees, maintaining files, and reporting on employee safety and wellness.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; at least five years HR experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS; strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills; and knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
