BBX Capital Corp., in partnership with Bluegreen Corp., announced Monday that Bluegreen Vacations has been named one of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America. 

The award is given yearly to corporations who show their continued engagement and innovative leadership among employees.

The awardee is determined by a panel of judges made up of leaders in the field of employee engagement. The evaluation is made up of the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision & Values and Corporate Social Responsibility. 

“This is the second time Bluegreen Vacations has been acknowledged as one of Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America and we are proud to receive this recognition again,” Susan Saturday, chief human resources officer of Bluegreen Vacations, said in a press release. “Our associates are at the core of our success and work tirelessly to preserve the fantastic culture that our team has built.”
