Talent management services company BirdDogHR grew its revenue by 30 percent and secured 233 new customers in fiscal year 2017.

BirdDogHR also made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for the third consecutive year, jumping more than 1,200 spots to the 2308th rank in 2017. The company credited its growth to the release of four major product updates through the cloud.

Des Moines, Iowa-based BirdDogHR offers talent management software and managed services to the construction, engineering and skilled trades industries. Its talent management system added a change request management feature; the option to run project-based performance reviews; updated communication flows; and a boost in security.

The company also expanded customers in its core verticals and saw an “especially strong” increase in the use of its talent management system in the construction industry.

Users of the talent management platform now include 46 of the ENR 400 companies.
