HR consultancy Birches Group of New York has teamed with London’s Fusion HR Solutions, a provider of remuneration services, to share skills and procedural operations for mutual benefit and growth.
Through the agreement, Fusion will permit its clients to access Birches Group resources, including products such as application platforms; and services such as providing survey results.
“We are extremely excited to have the chance to work together with Birches Group,” Fusion partner Jean-Baptiste Jugand said. “Their coverage of emerging markets is the most extensive amongst global survey providers large and small, and we have worked with their surveys on the client side for many years.”
Shared applications range from the branded community, providing evaluation, assessment and performance management to collaborative consulting projects, expanding the range of services for both firms’ clients.
