Chris Berger, a recruiter with a quarter-century of experience in human resources, has joined Diversified Search in Philadelphia.
Berger will be working alongside managing director Judy Boreham. He will wrap up his practice at RomanoBerger in Connecticut before starting March 1.
Diversified’s chairman, Judith M. von Seldeneck, characterized the move as a homecoming for Berger, who had worked at the firm in 2009.

Berger, a University of Connecticut graduate, said he relished the opportunity to return.
“I’m excited to rejoin my former colleagues and work with new ones, and to continue the work of building one of the best HR executive search practices in the market,” he said.
