Fluid system solutions manufacturer Swagelok seeks a compensation and benefits specialist in Solon, Ohio.

Duties of the position include writing job descriptions, evaluating job classifications, coordinating with annual benefits enrollment, developing compensation and benefit programs, communicating compensation and benefit plans, approving wage changes, maintaining compensation and benefits budget spreadsheets, participating in compensation and benefits surveys, performing job audits, and ensuring compliance with hour and wage laws.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related discipline; three plus years business experience; advanced Excel skills; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently; and working knowledge of regulatory issues impacting compensation and benefits plans.

Preferred qualifications include five plus years compensation and/or benefits experience.
