Duties of the full-time position include managing annual benefits open enrollment processes, executing benefits strategies and processes, planning vendor partner launches, investigating employee benefits related concerns and issues, evaluating the development needs of staff members, improving HR processes, and participating in benefits-related projects.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, at least four years related experience, and knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and standards.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, six years of benefits and HR experience, previous supervisory/leadership, and experience with international benefits and vendor management.
