Employee benefits and payroll services company BenefitMall has added payroll quotes to its Client Ready Quote System (CRQS).
This service will improve brokers’ success in meeting clients’ needs by giving them the option of getting automatic payroll quotes when quoting benefits with BenefitMall.
BenefitMall will also include the award-winning online data collection tool Client Ready Census within CRQS. Additionally, CRQS will now give brokers a summary of their activity through a weekly reminder email.
Brokers can use the CRQS system to determine both quotes and proposals for small group benefits in an efficient but comprehensive manner. With these system upgrades, CRQS will be able to better anticipate the clients’ fluctuating needs and expectations and provide brokers with products and services that meet and exceed these needs.
