BB&T, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is seeking a communication specialist with oversight of the compensation and benefits enrollment messaging.

The requirements of this full-time position include developing messaging for compensation and benefits that upholds the bank’s reputation. Being able to determine “what’s in it for me” from the receiver’s point of view is a must.

The person in this position will create content for online and print messages and ensure quality control of graphics produced for the print materials. Scope of work includes newsletters, emails, onboarding booklets and the employee manual.

A college degree in a related field and appropriate work background in similar positions is expected. The ability to use word processing, email and graphic design applications is necessary, as well as a self-starter attitude.
