PHOENIX Rehabilitation
and Health Services recently appointed James Bargerstock to a position in which he will take on responsibilities previously held by PHOENIX Chief Administrative Officer
Kimberly Anderson.
Anderson will now focus on human resources, billing and collections.
“The addition of
a CFO will round out our C-suite and improve our financial acumen as we
continue to posture the Company for significant growth in and around the
Mid-Atlantic Region,” PHOENIX President and CEO David Watson said.
“Jim possesses strong experience in the areas of finance and
accounting. That, along with his leadership skills, make him well
equipped to execute our strategic financial plans.”
In his new role,
Bargerstock will manage PHOENIX’s financial reporting, treasury, audit and
accounting functions. These responsibilities previously fell under the purview
of Anderson.
Bargerstock and Anderson report directly to Watson.
“I’m thrilled to
have such a tremendous opportunity,” Bargerstock said. “I look forward to
working with the PHOENIX team to grow profitability and drive
value.”
Bargerstock was the
vice president of accounting and administration and the chief financial officer
at SinterMet, a role that covered financial reporting
and accounting policy development.
