Architectural and engineering services firm Ayres Associates is hiring a benefits specialist in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Duties of the full-time position include preparing summary plan descriptions, leading annual employee benefit enrollment, administering employee benefit programs, communicating new benefit plan information to employees, resolving administrative problems, and ensuring compliance with benefit laws.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a HR-related field; five years of employee benefits experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical, math and organizational skills; and the ability to handle confidential information.
