Astreya issued the following announcement on July 25.

Astreya, a premier IT managed services solutions provider, today announces the appointment of Kris Hamner as Vice President of Global Human Resources effective immediately.

Kris is a versatile and strategic HR leader with extensive worldwide experience building HR teams and aligned HR programs that contribute to business and employee success. Kris will lead global Human Resources and People operations to support Astreya’s managed services worldwide growth objectives and drive Astreya’s mission of creating an industry leading diverse and inclusive growth environment.

Kris Hamner brings over 20 years of experience leading business alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and partnerships at multiple technology, services, and consumer product companies working with talent and executive teams. Kris joins us from Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) where he led HR; prior to FIT, Kris held various global HR executive roles at HP, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Avago Technologies (now Broadcom), and Canon, among others. Kris holds an MBA in Finance and Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR from the University of Nevada.
