Health care company Kaiser Permanente needs an associate human resources consultant in Fresno, California.

Duties of the full-time position include assisting with day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs, conducting research for grievances, engaging with HR subject matter experts, resolving general HR issues, and preparing HR data reports.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a HR-related field with four years of related experience or a master’s degree in an HR-related field with at least two years of experience interacting with managers that required consulting and negotiation skills; and the ability to work in a labor/management partnership environment.

Preferred qualifications include HR certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard software applications.
