Specialty bakery company Aryzta needs a full-time human resource generalist in Chicago.
Duties of the position include conducting new employee orientations, developing training programs, assisting with open enrollment, administering benefit plans, processing payroll, coordinating company events, preparing employee separation notices, conducting exit interviews, investigating accidents and preparing claim reports, dealing with employee relations issues, and responding to inquiries related to policies, procedures and programs.
Prospective candidates must possess at least two years of experience in HR, benefits and payroll; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; strong communication, phone manner, proofreading and organizational skills; bilingual skills (English/Spanish); and knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations.
