Rolling Meadows, Illinois-based risk management services firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is looking for a human resources service center specialist. 

Duties of the position include processing employee transactions, documenting work flows, distributing policy and procedure manuals, answering employee benefit plan questions, providing administrative support to HR functional areas, and responding to routine questions in HR policies and procedures.

Prospective candidates must possess at least a high school diploma; at least two years of HR experience; prior experience completing transactions in HR systems; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; and strong interpersonal, customer service, critical thinking and good judgment skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience with process engineering/mapping and process improvement.
