For this full-time role, the firm is looking for research-oriented candidates who have experience in life, health, retirement and disability plans, including federal contracts.
The benefits supervisor will report to the benefits manager and mentor teams, provide oversight of benefits and leave programs and apply critical thinking and analysis skills, as well as customer service skills, to the job.
Additional requirements include holding a certification in HR or benefits, understanding database software and awareness of union contract procedures.
A college degree and three or more years of experience are a plus.
